The California Craftsman architectural style features cedar-shingle exteriors, wood trellises, decorative wood garden fences and divided light wood windows. A garage beneath the garden space hides all common parking and allows access to all units. The project earned a Pacific Coast Builders Gold Nugget Award of Merit.
