Derek Dutton
Derek’s exceptional commitment to values and dedication to principles have made him an outstanding leader of TWM for over twenty years. As the lead operational principal for the firm, he is responsible for focusing the firm’s efforts to achieve clients’ visions. Providing firm clients with an active voice within the firm’s design process, he ensures that the TWM’s efforts stay on track to fulfill project needs. Derek is a registered architect in California, Nevada and Utah, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Paul Hartman
Paul Hartman joined TWM in 2003 as Senior Designer and was named Principal in 2007. As the lead design principal for the firm, he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s creative efforts. With careful, consistent attention to the timeless principles of great architecture, Paul ensures that TWM maintains focus on its core mission of creating great architecture that exceeds clients’ expectations. Prior to joining TWM, he served as principal in his own design firm, Wilkinson & Hartman Architects. A registered architect in California and Utah, Paul has extensive experience in affordable housing, civic, historic and renovation projects.

Christian Oakes
Christian Oakes joined TWM in 1997, and was named Associate in 2000. Christian brings a strong passion for architecture to all of his work. Gifted both as a designer and project manager, Christian has the unique ability to excel at all project phases, from conception to final completion. Utilizing the latest BIM software, Christian’s careful study of massing, materials, light, color, and proportion result in architecture that gracefully integrates client needs and desires with project and site constraints. His ability to lead a project through all phases ensures successful outcomes. Christian is a registered architect in California and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Wade Herrboldt
Wade Herrboldt began his career in architecture when he was hired by TWM in 1999 after an extensive career in construction. Through his internship at TWM, and due to his exceptional intelligence and capacity for self-motivation, Wade has grown to become one of the firm’s most valued contributors. As a Senior Project Manager, Wade provides superb leadership, focus and clarity to the complex process of developing a complete, coordinated set of construction documents. Throughout the course of a project, Wade excels in leading our in house team of technical staff and directing the work of outside consultants for some of the firm’s most significant projects. Wade is a registered architect in California, a CSI Construction Document Technologist and a Certified Green Building Professional.
